My biggest passion in life is to help others achieve a greater level of peace and happiness through education, self-exploration and improving the mind-body connection. The methods I share with you are the very methods I utilized myself to successfully conquer and eliminate multiple deeply rooted lifelong struggles. Through the use of evidenced-based practices & spiritual enrichment, I found the real me.

*Athough I come to you with a therapy background, Coaching is different. Our working relationship would not be therapy. Coaching is more "results" driven where I utilize my background (both personal and professional) combined with varied skill sets to guide you toward reaching your goals- accompanied by a hands-on style tailored to your individual needs.

The coaching process is entirely based on client needs and goals. No two clients will have the same experience. With so many valuable self-help resources available today (especially at the click of a button on the internet), it can be difficult to determine what the best path for change may be.
